FH Aachen is a public university of applied sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia, with campuses in Aachen and Jülich.
It has more than 15,000 students in about 100 degree programmes across ten faculties, mainly in engineering, informatics, the natural sciences and mathematics, alongside business and design. It is one of Germany's more research-active universities of applied sciences, with in-house institutes and competence platforms focused on energy, mobility, life sciences, digitalisation and industrial production.
