BLC is a Turkish technology company in communication and security systems, with its central office in Ankara and a branch in Konya.
It builds cloud infrastructure on open-source OpenStack and Ceph, a cloud platform for virtual machines, and integrated collaboration and task-tracking software, and it offers consultancy and system integration. It works on edge computing, IoT, 5G and smart cities. Its AYPOS research project is about AI-supported energy optimisation of cloud and data-centre resources, and it presents its cloud services as a way to cut carbon emissions. That work on data-centre energy use is directly relevant to GreenCode.
